Tuesdays: 5:30pm - 6:30pm

In this class, Justine Beck guides students through elements of yoga, breathing techniques and creative journaling. Class often begins with a “free write” or journal prompt providing a moment to transition. Justine leads students through a slower-paced practice to discover safety, curiosity and presence within each stretch, movement or pause. In a restorative, non-routine format, students have space to explore sensation, to reconnect with their breath and to give themselves something more tangible to grasp. Creative journaling exercises are often dispersed around the physical practice. BEGINNERS are excellent candidates for this class, in addition to those in need of balance from a fast-paced lifestyle or those healing from limitations.
